Judge Curious About Election Results
After Jahnke had finished, Judge Steven Ebert had two questions for her.
"Did Rep. Sykora get re-elected?" he asked.
"Yes," answered Jahnke.
"Did Ludwigson get elected?"
"No."
"I just wanted to compare you to Brian Dake," Ebert said, drawing laughter from the jury.
Dake testified earlier that he went "0-for-2" on the Ted Nickel and John Murphy campaigns.
