Chvala Lists Potential Witnesses
Earlier this month, Chvala's side filed a list of expert witnesses his attorneys could call. Included on the list is Chvala himself, along with conservative lawyer James Bopp, Jr., who was also in the news this week as lead counsel for Wisconsin Right to Life in the campaign finance case accepted by the U.S. Supreme Court.
