10:00 AM: Milwaukee turnout below 10 percent
Just 9.96 percent of eligible city of Milwaukee voters took part in yesterday's election, according to the Milwaukee Election Commission.
The commission said 36,614 ballots were cast. There are 367,387 eligible voters in Milwaukee, according to the commission.
