4:03 PM: RPW: McCain visit 'pretty certain'
GOP frontrunner John McCain is likely to visit Wisconsin before the Feb. 19 primary, a spokeswoman for the Republican Party of Wisconsin said today.
Kirsten Kukowski said the party has been in touch with the campaign, but there aren't any details yet and "nothing is set in stone."
"But you could bet that he'll be here before the primary election," she said.
