2:02 PM: Obama releases ad responding to calls for debate
Barack Obama's campaign is responding to calls for a Wisconsin debate with a new TV ad, calling charges of ducking debates "the same old politics, of phony charges and false attacks."
The ad also quotes former Clinton administration Labor Secretary Robert Reich saying that Obama's health care plan would cover more people and save families more money than Hillary Clinton's plan.
