3:18 PM: McCain addresses CPAC
In his first public appearance since GOP rival Mitt Romney announced he was suspending his campaign, presumptive Republican presidential nominee John McCain addressed the Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington D.C., using the opportunity to talk about his conservative credentials and to blast Dem candidates Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama.
