7:28 PM: Kagen demands healthcare for all
U.S. Rep. Steve Kagen told the crowd "this will be our year and this will be our time."
"We will move a Democrat into the White House next January," he declared.
Kagen, a doctor, said we need universal access to affordable health care in the United States.
"We need a Democratic president who has good judgment," Kagen said, who will sign a bill providing healthcare to all.
"My constituents cannot hold their breath any longer."
