9:42 AM: Clinton releases new TV ad
The Clinton Campaign has released its first TV ad in Wisconsin, "Obligation."
The ad shows a graphic indicating Clinton helped get health care access for 30,000 Wisconsin children and 9,500 Wisconsin National Guard members. It calls on Wisconsinites to vote for the New York Senator "if you believe health care is America's moral obligation."
