2:26 PM: Clinton memo doesn't mention Wisconsin
A new memo from Hillary Clinton's chief strategist entitled "The Path to the Nomination" focuses almost entirely on post-Wisconsin primaries, declaring "Change begins March 4th."
Mark Penn does not mention Wisconsin in the memo, which argues Clinton has the edge in Texas, Ohio and Pennsylvania, "the three largest, delegate rich states remaining."
Texas and Ohio vote March 4.
