10:30 AM: Clinton campaign releases ad
Hillary Clinton's campaign began running a new TV ad statewide today challenging Barack Obama to debate in Wisconsin.
The spot questions why Obama has not accepted the invitation to debate and suggest he doesn't want to answer questions about why Clinton "has the only health care plan that covers every American" and the only economic plan that "freezes foreclosures."
The spot says voters deserve to hear both candidates.
"And that's ... not debatable," the narrator says.

In a conference call with reporters, Clinton spokesman Howard Wolfson suggested Obama doesn't want to have to answer questions like the ones posed in the ad and said a head-to-head matchup would best benefit Clinton.
"We believe that's wrong," he said. "We believe that the voters of Wisconsin deserver to hear both candidates debating side-by-side as voters in other states have."
Obama's campaign did not immediately return calls seeking comment.
