3:03 PM: Clinton to rally Monona Terrace Sunday night
Hillary Clinton released her Wisconsin campaign schedule this afternoon, which will include a "Solutions for America" rally in Madison Sunday evening at the Monona Terrace. The rally starts at 7 p.m., doors open at 5 p.m.
