9:24 AM: Clinton ad attacks Obama for ducking debate
Hillary Clinton's campaign is going up with a new TV ad that challenges Barack Obama to debate in Wisconsin.
Obama so far has refused to commit to a proposed debate in Wisconsin. Clinton's campaign scheduled a morning teleconference to discuss the ad.
