7:38 PM: Baldwin remarks on historic nature of election

U.S. Rep. Tammy Baldwin remarked on the historic nature of the upcoming election.

"What we come to call history feels just like this," said Baldwin, who is supporting Clinton in the primary. "We and the Democratic party are making history today."

Baldwin said that after seven "long years" in the "wasteland of the Bush administration," that there is not a choice between the lesser of two evils, but between "two amazing candidates."

Baldwin remarked on the fact that an African American and a woman are the two candidates left, saying all of America's children can look at the candidates and picture themselves there.
