Department of Administration Secretary Michael Morgan sent a memo to legislative leaders yesterday giving the framework of the plan to eliminate the $1.6 billion deficit hole.

Much of the material was covered in yesterday's news conference, but Morgan does say that the Joint Finance Committee will revisit some prior decisions and go back to eliminate increases proposed in the budget bill, which could bring an additional $140 million in savings.
