DNR walk-in service center closures approved
The Joint Finance Committee adopted Gov. Doyle's recommendation to eliminate 24 DNR walk-in service centers. (alternative 2 on budget paper 556)
A motion from Sen. Lehman passed by the committee requires the DNR to make vehicle registration and boat titling services available to all-terrain, boat and snowmobile dealers closest to the eliminated service centers.
