Collective bargaining granted to home care providers
The JFC passed on a partisan vote a motion which includes a provision to allow independent home care providers collective bargaining rights.
The motion from Rep. Pocan and Sen. Lehman modified some language from the governor's proposal in budget paper 410. I hope to have a copy of the motion scanned later.
