Break for air, waste and contaminated land

There is a massive omnibus motion combining budget papers from the Department of Natural Resources -- Air, Waste and Contaminated Land and DATCP provisions.

Also, the Dems have delivered a prevailing wage compromise to the GOP.

The committee is on break until at least 2 p.m.
