Wineke receives applause, beer stein for efforts at DPW

After officially taking over as new DPW chairman, Mike Tate and the rest of the party presented outgoing chairman Joe Wineke with a more tangible going-away present than the numerous rounds of applause he received this weekend.

Wineke will depart with a German beer stein.
